Kristen has been a Client Services Coordinator/Paralegal with Piccirillo Law, LTD since 2005. Her primary focus is on elder law, estate planning, Medicaid and nursing home planning.
Kristen works closely with families to assist them with gathering information to prepare documents for Medicaid applications. She also works directly with life insurance companies, funeral homes, and Medicaid compliant annuity companies to protect client assets. Additionally, Kristen reviews estate planning legal documents with clients and notarizes signings.
A fourth-generation Mahoning County resident, Kristen lives in New Middletown, Ohio, with her husband, John. They have four children and nine grandchildren.
